Harney County Playday

Not many have ventured into the Ranching world of eastern Oregon. Harney County plans to keep the spirit of the west alive with their children. Every September, county members come together to host Harney County Playday: Rodeo contests for children of all ages. This design is inspired by the leather tooling of chaps or carved belt buckle.
